What the fuck why would you do this, useless asf. No its not wolffs law because its not slow and controlled. Just do some moderate punches and try to hold that swelling for a long period of time, to maybe get a ossified hematoma lmao

Bro you clearly dont know what youre doing. Youre just damaging yourself and giving you a lot of bad effects. Just read this study https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11226957/ I'm not saying this works because the science is still scarce, just look into it and maybe its better. Stay safe man

A study (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11226957/), looking at how cauliflower ear turns into ossified bone if not treated and watching BlakeSpeaks video of it
There is a prevalent claim going around that subperiosteal hematomas (SPH) are the key to craniofacial bone growth.
The postulation states that localized bleeding within or underneath the periosteum can lead to ossification. This is logically sound, but it fails mechanistically. Blake, in this video, brings up concepts such as cauliflower ear to justify his argument. He argues that the way in which cauliflower ear causes the hardening of a hematoma in the ear, the same concept can be applied to the face. The problem is, the ear is composed of cartilage, not periosteum.
