tips on getting invited to parties at uni?

specifically parties at UNI, Im a sophomore atm, and still havent gotten invited to a single one. Wish I joined a frat but im a deathnikk+ a sophmore so its too late

related and i don't want to hijack this thread but i get invited to parties, problem is i dunno what to do there. i don't have a """crew""" that i """pregame""" with. I usually walk in all by myself, grab a beer, drink it, and then leave. everyone seems to already be talking to someone or enjoying something and i'm really not sure how to navigate these barriers, even with alcohol as a social lubricant. it's so over jfl.
