Tips on hair growth

I got my hair cut short in august and i’ve been trying to grow it back. Any tips on how to grow it back healthy and quick. I have slightly wavy hair and it’s low porosity if that helps with anything. Here are pics of before i cut it, after i cut it, and it right now.

Just give it time, make sure to not overwash it cause natural oils make hair look the best, if you don't get dandruff you should fully cut off shampoo and just wash your hair with lukewarm water when it gets build up, if you don't get build up, don't wash it or only do it with cold water since it helps to retain oil, never wash it with hot water, aside from that hair health mainly depends on your diet, mine looks unrealisticaally good compared to 3 years ago, i ate lots of goyslop and seed oils which made me develop severe sebhorreic dermatitis, malassezia was eating up all of my scalp oil so my hair was frizzy as hell, now i mainly eat meat, animal fats and simple sugars sometimes and my hair looks great

nope, tried to cope with eplerenone but nothing stops that shit, even on 1mg the facial bloat isn’t worth the trade, especially considering the pain I was going through trying to maintain 8-9% bf while minox made me look 12%

interesting, I wonder how much of it is case to case bc certain people like clav for example claim to run it but don't seem particularly bloated

He 100% is, the guy is running literal meth for leanmaxxing and his cheeks still aren’t nearly as hollow as you'd think they'd be considering his good bones, he just doesn’t realise he's bloated because it slowly creeps up on you (I didn’t either until I hopped off)

depends on the severity of the case, it can bring big improvement in 3 months and completely transform your lashes and brows over 6-12 months, but the bloat is brutal, you'll look around 2-4% bf higher facially, for some, it's worth the trade, for most, definitely not
