I mean I would want my hair not to fall off when I’m going to be in my 20s and yeah I also aim at growing it out more maybe until the end of my ramus or even longer

Well are you on any cycle right now? If so i just recommend minoxidil to make the hair grow a bit faster and thicker. I dont really know alot about hairmaxxing but minoxidil is what i personally use.

Alr thanks Imma definitely take minoxidl and start an anti-hairloss protocol in 3-5 years because my dad started to bald in his 20s. Rn he is 50 and his frontal hairline is very recessed. I got my hair type from my dad and hair colour from mom so I have to be extremely careful with this shit

Yeah I don’t. I use a special curly hair shampoo that I apply 2-3 times a week with a conditioner afterwards
