Tips on how can i bs without any pain?

I use a massage gun on max speed and i put a little force on it to reach the sweet spot. I dont feel chin at all. But the gonions hurts like a mf. Hoe can i reduce the pain? It really démotivant sometimes i only smash the chin due to pain
