Tips on how to generally look better?

I am 13, I know I am not far enough into puberty that I can actually do anything but I still want some tips for when that time comes. I don't really know many things about looksmaxxing, so if you could, please explain something if I don't understand.
I think I am a low-tier normie at best and I hope to reach mid-tier.

Also, one of the main issues I have is my chin, as you can see in the picture above.

hop off bro and live normal life. your bones look good. just have good habits, never get teeth extracted from orthodontist, nose breath, you can mew & tongue chew, and idk only thing you can do is fix your protruded lips but braces will probably do so. just NEVER EVER get premolars/teeth extracted from ortho
