i have completely burnt out dopamine receptors in the last couple of years ,
reward system is fucked ,
brain is atrophied .
But i have a new goal , careermaxx wise ,
and now i have difficulties staying concentrated without getting distracted over longer periods of time .
Do you have any practical advice ?
Some kind of work system or learning system that works for you ?
did any of you try drugs for staying concentrated ?
I know , just do it and if theres a will theres a way and so on .
Also low T = low discipline .
