Tips on how to lean out face and still add muscle

What’s the best way to lean my face out and keep adding on muscle to my body. I been training pretty much everyday a week i do 30 minute cardio of treadmill at highest incline and 3 speed at the end of every session is that enough i feel like i can do more to achieve better results if u think so let me know what i should do

Simply writing "roids" is incorrect. roids make you very bloated if you dont follow a special antibloat protocol

I'm all for using diuretics nigga I use them myself and you're just a fucking idiot who doesn't know what the RAAS is and that androgens and hgh actually activate it very strongly
