i’m 15 1/2 and 6 foot 3 inches. I’m not to worried if i don’t grow taller. But im entering another growth spurt which will probably be my last i want to know how to optimize it. I’ve mainly been optimizing my sleep and drinking lots of raw milk and raw cheese with honey.
 
isn't honey mostly just fructose and glucose, keep at it with the dairy products tho W

hgh, and bro off topic but you have to take dht gel if you havent been using that while in puberty, you will thank me later

i’ve heard angus say it helps digest the cheese if taken together

vitamin k2 and d3
also do dead hangs they might help
