i quit smoking like half a year ago and after a few days all the pain just vanished so i know for a fact it must be the smoking

like its just this lil pain from time to time i get you know

Smoke more, keep smoking till it no longer gives you a buzz, then you'll have no other choice but to switch to harder stuff. And trust me, once you're knee deep in crack, you'll never think about cigarettes.

Lolipops are the way to go I used sugar free because ur just used to the muscle memory and the flavour
