Tips on removing love handles

I want most of this gone by September im already on a cut but if anyone has tips that would be very helpful 135 lbs 5’7 14yo

Are you working out and eating well. if not you’ll end up with a skinny fat build.
 
Yea I work out I keep my budget under 1,400 but macros vary every day for me
 
calorie deficit and just keep cutting. You can‘t really decide where your body looses fat and most people store the most fat at the belly. Just eat around a -300-500 calorie deficit and hop on the gym bike for around 30min a day. Also get enough protein,carbs and healthy fats in.
