got all my reta shit prepped just waiting on my reta (x3 12mg) and needles, bac water and wipes to arrive

spoke to my parents about, although they are against it, they say they are ok with me testing it and eventually fail

so what should i do to avoid the reta peptide weight rebound

i've been thinking of increase of going to the gym and eating protein high foods

as i really need to drop to 75-72kgs (10% body fat)
in 9 months

so any ideas?
or have i just wasted 500€
