tips on starting boxing again

did muaythai for a while but quit bc of injury

gonna start boxing again, light sparring (with headgear cause dont wanna risk injury again)

will begin with cardio, HIIT and light sparring

any tips advice>

Do a lot of cardio in the beginning (daily jogging 30min-1h) or every second day then everyday

Also hit the gym simultaneously imagine strength mogging everyone in the gym + technique + roiding?

Focus on foot work.
can u explain this I literally never understood foot work

It was like to generate the force from the legs right

Good foot work will allow you to move around your opponent with good balance and land effective shots. It’s the key to your offense and defense.

Theres good footwork drills on Youtube or you can just go to a highly rated local boxing gym and take lessons.
