There is no way of telling that a woman likes you from that scenario. Women are master manipulators and it is almost impossible to tell if she's being sincere with her smiling or just pretending to appear sociable and pure. Do not listen to what TRP and MGTOWers say... there are no signals such as touching her hair or body language and what not that indicate interest, at least not it this context. A proper IOI would be if she were to approach you, which doesn't seem to be the case at the time.

She may or may not "talk to anyone else there now", but she most definitely has many men worshiping her through digital mediums, such as over text, kikebook, twitter, etc. Remember, these men are your competition (as well as the sum of these men's orbiting validation). You have to be that much better. I don;t mean to be Mr. down-in-the-dumps, but most time if the man has to approach, it never began for him. If she liked you, she'd approach.
