I've been using hydrocortisone for a little but it hasn't worked that well, any other way i can make it look smaller?

hc wont help the shape, it helps the tip. dont think theres any natty methods to fix the entire nose permanently

Looked a bit closer you mog me id say right now you're lmtn but shortening midface correcting narrow jaw definitely lmtn-hmtn
