Tips thick eyebrows

Genuinely I need thick full eyebrows. Please what actually works. I’ve done castor oil, rosemary oil, derma rolling.. each combined and for a few months. It did nothing. If I have to take minoxidil then which one, oral or not, what percentage etc??
