Castor Oil & Derma rolling routine tips needed for eyebrows

So I've finally bought castor oil and a 0.25mm derma roller to better my eyebrows and I am now wondering how exactly and how often I should apply it.
I've done my research and what I found out to be optimal is derma rolling 1 time per week on a day where I will not be sweating or getting my face dirty and not applying castor oil on the same day. Other than that I should apply one drop of castor oil per eyebrow every day before sleep massaging it in from what I've seen.
Does that sound good or is it complete bs?

make sure your derma roll has actual needles instead of “spikes”. I personally think derma stamps are better but you already have a roll so it’s wtv. Just use topical minox it’s really not that bad.

How do I check if my roller has spikes or needles, does one of them have a sharper attribute?

The problem is that the rolling motions rips at the skin a stamping motion is way better
