You look like ur 19< from what I can tell if you want to take extreme measures get a Lefort I and a modified Lefort III and if you dont like ur buttchin get a chin filler and grow out ur hair should be good from there

i just made it sec ago in paint, infras are green, red are supras, its just bones both are very important bcs supras defini your eyebrow tilt and uee and infras are fundamental to good midface
