10 mins of sun on every side for your skin type. If you see any red, stop immediately. After you tan a little you can extend sun exposure. Also put sun screen on vulnerable areas. My nose loves getting sun burn, so I put on a lil sun screen on there + my cheeks that also love to go red

A10 is a bit crazy, go for something like hazel or maybe greenish contacts. With A10s you'll look like an idiot because you don't have light blonde hair
