Tips to improve my eye area ?

im going to dye my eyebrows over the next couple days other than that i need tips. my right eye always get that weird puffiness sometimes but my left eye always stays the same, let me know what i can do.

i generally get 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep and drink 3-4 litres a day. i sleep on my back but idk if i'm rolling over or what but sometimes it gets so much uee that i can feel it on my right eye but never the left
