I am underweight, 10.7% and this is starting to affect my health.
Obviously I have to eat a lot, but I want less obvious tips

Eat high calorie dense food: rice, meat, honey, nuts etc
ghrelin receptor agonist if you want, health benefits are insane too(mk-677 or ghrp-6)
Also make sure to remind yourself to eat and don't go too long without eating

what made me gain weight was drinking maltodextrin after each meal. in general drinking your calories is a easy way to add more weight

I gained 20kg in a year just by taking high caloric protein shakes, eating 12 eggs a day (but just 4 egg yolks), eating 300g of carbs per meal (usually i ate sweet potatoes) and I started lifting. Really there's no much secret. I also use creatine. Today I don't need to eat so much

some people like me and you barley gain weight coz of our metabolism, when i wasn't at school diue to lockdown i didn't leave the house and just ate all day coz we couldn't do anything i stayed the same, ive been on like 13% body fat for all my life since i was 8 thats just our genes but its better to be thin then fat plus fast metabolism means high t

na that's bullshit, we just don't regularly eat enough to gain weight

Protein + lift, seriously, don't bulk, find out your macros and track that shit. Never go over 15% body fat.

Yes, my zygos are very defined
 
For now, I will make some vitamin shakes, and eat a lot
 
weight gainers are the greatest scam on earth. they are loaded with low glycemic carbos and don't contain protein with better quality than the one you find in food
but if you struggle to down enough of food to get the same amount of protein or calories they can be good

forcing down a shake before going to bed helped me to gain 10kg and escape borderline anorexia after being around 16-17 BMI my entire late teens and early 20s
