Measured test 2 days ago was 360ng/dl,3 months before that was 560ng/dl with a shit diet and lifestyle so maybe my genetic potential could be 700+. Want it to be atleast 800+. Need a list of supplements, foods, and habits to increase my test, free and total. Also don't just give me some fucking drug that will kill all my sperm shrink my balls and give me a fucking heart attack.
 
Lol 360ng is absurdly low I have over 1.5k from eating healthy supplementing and sex

Bro I have high prenatal testosterone levels anyway, just do the ring finger test on yourself to see if you have high prenatal but I doubt you do because of ur 360 levels
Basically if ur ring finger is longer than ur index this means that you've been exposed to testosterone more in the womb and it means that you have high prenatal testosterone levels, it's been scientifically proven and not some bullshit test

Bhai to increase your testosterone (the ring finger test isnt bs btw) you need to bust a nut a few times a week with a woman, sex, ok? and you need to eat fruits, meat, eggs and vegetables etc, supplement zinc by 30mg to 50mg a day, magnesium, vitamin d3 and vitamin k2, and fucking lift heavy, by heavy lift heavy, it's not about the repetition, its about lifting heavy, and sleep well, but you will probably sleep well from lifting heavy anyway because you'll get tired from that shit.

does multivitamin work or should i supplement them individually? also i am on incel forum where do you expect me to get laid. good advice tho

Supplementing them individually is always better. About that nigga saying cold showers bla bla yes they might work, but you dont need to take a full body cold shower, get the temperature to coldest and hold that to your balls for a few minutes, you might feel a burn but that's okay, and after you get out of the shower don't do things that will heat up your balls, wear comfortable boxers and dont cross your legs while sitting or keep them too close while sitting etc, and you dont really need to have sex but its always good for increasing testosterone, not really necessary though.

also get to 10% body fat. becuase a lower bodyfat reduces estrogen production in the body
Estrogen production doesnt affect testosterone production. You can be high bodyfat and high testosterone, but its always better to be lean.

As In bad erections? I wouldn’t recommend blasting any test, or even trying anything like oral topups; for physical well-being try and get out more, not gym or whatnot but a sport hobby like climbing tennis Etc, will help as you will make friends and be active. Examine your diet too, reduce amount of fast food and red40 but still enjoy food! Subway etc healthier alternatives exist, penis issues are the only ones that call for test
