Im 16 turning 17 soon at 5'8 ish at around 71 kgs. I've been growing in height but just really slowly. I only really have around a year to work on myself and my looks before I slave away in uni trying to do homework. I'm looking for looksmaxx/softmaxx tips. Taking drugs is out of the equation as my health is already fucked and I have a severe medical condition. Surgery is also out of the equation at the moment cause I'm a broke 16 year old. This is my schedule so far:
Workout:
I follow a ppl split.
I train incline bench, shoulders and triceps on push day
Lat pulldown, seated cable rows, bicep curls and hammer curls on pull day
Squats, Romanian deadlifts and calf raises on leg day
I do most of these for 3 sets of 8 -12 reps progressively overloading each day.
I usually pair this with 10-15 mins of cardio a day (running, basketball, muay thai) and I walk 10k steps a day
I don't track calories cause its a pain in the ass but my meals consistent of 50% protein, 25% carbs and 25% vegetables. I eat at a caloric deficit cause I am at a higher body fat percentage (skinny fat but building a lot of muscle)
Skin Care Routine:
Kinda just asked some chick for help and this is what she recommended me. I have normal/slightly oily skin so what might work for me might not work for you.
Morning:
Cleanse face.
Use dark spot correcting glow serum cause my eyes make me look like a crackhead
Use sunscreen
Evening:
Cleanse face:
Use toner/exfoliator (alternate every other day)
Use moisturizer
Miscellaneous:
I train my jaw using a resistance band. Dk if it actually does shit but i've just been doing a few reps everyday.
I do stretches every morning to stretch my hip flexors and help with my posture
I've been doing sleep stretching for the past few days. Might be cope but theres a lot of anecdotal evidence and its worth a shot cause I've got nothing to lose
Trim my hair regularly and keep my room well scented with a lavender spray as well as showering twice a day (I'm a currycel so I'm tryna break the stereotype)
I meditate for a few mins everyday and night. Doesn't really help with looks but it makes me more aware of my surroundings and not look like a dumbass
Been dickmaxxing. Follow a guide from r/gettingbigger on reddit. Lots of anecdotal evidence and my penis has started to appear better and get better erections so it might be worth trying.
Pretty much it. Might be some other stuff I've forgotten. I've heard of other stuff like bone smashing but lmk if theres anything else worth looking into.
