im gonna try downloading some utube stories because of ads and also instead of melatonin i got theanine ill try thatWell I'll tell you exactly what I did last night and will do shortly.
1. I took melatonin. (I know you have a problem getting it).
2. I turned youtube on my iphone to a warhammer 40k channel (Baldermort) because I like warhammer and the channel just is just stories read by a guy with a soothing voice and a British accent. I put the screen down to avoid lights, and just listen to that. I can sort of get into it but not too into it that it keeps me awake. Then I just listen to that while concentrating on breathing.
So if you have a smartphone just go to a youtube channel that I guess tells stories that you would be interested in and see if that helps.
EDIT:
Another thought, you could try rubbing one out if you aren't on nofap. Seriously, when you coom your body also releases chemicals that help you fall asleep. Just a thought.
also idk if rubbing one out to sleep is a good idea, thats literally nightly cooming - maybe if im desperate ill try that

does the nutmeg have to be whole or can it be like a mix in a tea?Yeah, drink nutmeg. 1/2 grounded kernel mix in chamomile tea or warm milk.
Also, supplementing l-theanine can help you relax if that's an issue.
i think my family has a tea with nutmeg in it and i can just add warm milk to it
do u have any tips for supplementing theanine? i want to try it since i bought it, but i heard stuff like it lowers cortisol too much u lose the ability to do basic things
