Start off with compound lifts rather than do useless curls. Beginners can see impressive gains in strength and size if they eat right, sleep right and lift big w/ low reps on squats, deadlifts and standing military press. These exercises also boost your testosterone levels naturally since they recruit a lot of muscle groups while stressing your biggest muscle groups primarily.posture & flexibility. Then light weights & body weight exercises. Finally incorporate heavy compound lifts if you want to get big.
