Hey, I really want to start improving my body. How do I start?

Become shredded, mew hard. Once you're done coping with those you can get surgeries like a normal person to lookmaxx.

Lift weights. Lose weight if fat that’s really all u need to know
 
1. Inject Tren (Great starter cycle, mild steroid, wont be too much :feelshah: )
2. Work out

Start off with compound lifts rather than do useless curls. Beginners can see impressive gains in strength and size if they eat right, sleep right and lift big w/ low reps on squats, deadlifts and standing military press. These exercises also boost your testosterone levels naturally since they recruit a lot of muscle groups while stressing your biggest muscle groups primarily.

posture, progessive overload with compound movements like, squats, deadlifts, pull ups, overhead press.
 
If you have wide hips avoid squats like the plague.
