Idk look for guides, apparently it's one of the hardest areas to work on naturally so surgery might help you but you also have significantly higher chances of getting botched for an eye area surgery than for jaw implants for example. In the end it's all genetics so you might be capped. Just pray to Gandy puberty will ascend you.
