I feel tired all the fucking time, i have constant brain fog, memory problems, eye strain, lack of motivation, decreased appetite. I think that this may be because of my ADD or can it be something just simple as anxiety?. When i was younger i was extremely social. I was talking to literally everyone but something changed when i got older at around 12-13 years old. I got anxiety, my social skills decreased. I have tried concerta and Lisdexamfetamine, and it made me feel good for a hour or so, after that it made everything worse. I have read about modafinil should i maybe give that a try? I've been to the doctor and done a bunch of blood tests and the only thing they found was d vitamin deficiency.

The thing is that some days/months i feel fine. Is it possible that endurance training, working out, eating better can help?. I have a very high resting heart rate and my stamina is shit.

Any help would be appreciated.

You have decreased appetite and don't feel like doing anything?? Sounds like depression/anxiety mixture lol..

You should try something like Kratom which is more natural opposed to SSRI's right away...

Try taking it a few times per week and yes - Eating healthy foods (In particular foods like nuts, chicken, apples etc.) will help with your mood and hormonal fluctuations better than junk food. High amounts of salt/sugar and not only dehydrate you but make you feel bloated and raise blood pressure higher than it already is.
