Are my eyes looking tired bc of UEE?
How can i fix them?

Meh its not bad.. You dont have bad UEE.
 
Useful advice: ice your eyes once in a while. I try to do it every other day or so and it works great

I use it, and it doesn't really give you hooded eyes or anything spectacular, but it certainly lightens the surrounding eye area and got rid of my dark eye circles.

You know that cliche where someone puts spoons on their eyes every morning to get better eyes? The basic idea is that it works as a cold compress, and it definitely works. I look a lot healthier, and I've been using it for around a month and a half.

I think youd look decent with a good camera, bro.You have a good jawline and the eyes dont look bad but its very hard to distinguish certain features cause your camera is shit.
