I believe that but I won’t use it. My natural melatonin levels are likely fine because I do get tired when it’s getting dark outside.I've been using melatonine for some time and it helped me with falling asleep, you can try it by yourself, its cheap as fuck.

It’s just that once I brush my teeth, take off my clothes and lie down in bed, my mind starts wandering and my tiredness subsides and I can’t fall asleep sometimes.
