I've been using melatonine for some time and it helped me with falling asleep, you can try it by yourself, its cheap as fuck.

Stop eating and drinking so much sugar and caffeine before bed. Cold showers are legit too.

I believe that but I won’t use it. My natural melatonin levels are likely fine because I do get tired when it’s getting dark outside.
It’s just that once I brush my teeth, take off my clothes and lie down in bed, my mind starts wandering and my tiredness subsides and I can’t fall asleep sometimes.

I don’t ingest any caffeine and haven’t eaten anything before going to bed yesterday.

I guess I need to move more. I’m physically underwhelmed tbh.

I sometimes fall asleep with my laptop running. Bad habit though and once I put it away, brush my teeth and get undressed, I’m less tired and can’t fall asleep anymore sometimes

hold your breath for two minutes srs. done it about 5 times don’t know if it kills brain cells or some shit but it works
 
Try to stay awake. Convince urself That u don’t want to sleep and you’ll get more tired and fall asleep. I’m srs this works for me

Breathe and inhale slowly and count 3 seconds between those
This will decrease the oxygen in your brain and you will be drowsy

If you can't fall asleep or feel sleepy within 30 minutes, get up and walk around.

Staying in your bed awake for long periods of time, makes your brain associate the bed with "relaxation" instead of sleeping. Only use your bed when you want to sleep.
