Been dealing with pretty severe facial/jaw asymmetry for most of my life and it’s become one of my biggest insecurities. I’ve spent the last 8–9 months trying pretty much everything people recommend online. Chewing evenly, changing chewing habits, posture work, tongue posture/mewing, facial exercises, sleeping position changes you name it.

but honestly I haven’t seen any real improvement.

At this point I’m trying to figure out whether this is something muscular/postural that can still be improved naturally, or if it’s more skeletal and would need orthodontic or surgical treatment. If anyone here has experience with asymmetry and actually managed to improve it, I’d appreciate any advice or insight.

Uneven jaw and my right side of my face is so much bigger than my left

that i look better than i do in the first photo my asymmetry is my biggest problem
No your eye area is. Asymmetry really doesn’t matter that much. People barely notice, so stop worrying about it. Start by fixing those shit health indicators

i wouldnt agree that my asymmetey isn’t noticeable since few of my friends pointed it out but okay could you give me some tips or tell me what to do for example how do i fix my negative canthal tilt and poor eye area

Surgery is the only way to fix negative canthal tilt. Same with most of your other eye area problems. Androgens could help some of the problems such as Supra and infra. And rep me thanks
