May 2
(as you can see i did too much that the right side of my chin began to seem taller than other)
May 4
(bonesmashed both sides)
May 5
(loss in swelling a bit on the left side)
May 22
(grew the right side of my chin too much which looked off with the other side)
May 24
(did both sides and bled too)
May 29
(looks extremely square)
June
(stopped doing BS on chin since then this part is important)
June 2
(not much loss and same as june 1st)
June 8
(No losses or whatsoever still the same)
my routine was simple, bonesmash one side of my chin for 20 to 40 minutes per session and i did 2-3 sessions, did it daily no breaks shit, since i didn't had an hammer i used some stainless steel object oh and bracing head isnt that much necessary for chin just lie down on bed that's it
from now on i will start bonesmashing my gonions and then document my journey with it since i already maxxed out one area i have to move onto another
and i also apologize for my shit formatting since im a lazy ass and im feeling sleepy too
alot of normies said lens distortion, bloating, you just grew up and puberty but no its not just that shit
P.S: all these pics taken from same spot and angle
