tirze 5 to 10mg

ok so i was on reta for 4 weeks on 1,5mg. The effect was huuuuuuuuuuuuge and I went from 16 to 14%bf. I switched to tirze now bcs the glucagon kinda fucked my HR up. 5mg 2 weeks and it does NOTHING. Source is legit. Should I jump to 10 instantly or 7-8?
