I was gonna ask if you had any eyebags but assumed it was most likely non-existent (because of positive vector) just lack of skin tissue there, which is normal and why eyebags exist because the skin around your eye must be thin to allow the eye-muscles the ability to move freely. so yea it's 100% just a skin volume issue but it also kinda depends on how ur eyebags are, like do they look extremely hollow or just look dark during the day cus if its just like color issue that can be fixed with good sleep and caffeine serum to shrink the blood vessls around the under-eye region fixing that dark appearance (temporarily).
