Maybe you’ve just got a weird body odour atm

Body odour alters due to a range of factors so maybe that’s it

Possibly your laundry detergent mixed with that body odour makes the bleachy smell

Sometimes ig, kinda get a specific smell to them that’s hard to explain. That’s toned down now though since my new diet which leads me to believe it’s something regarding my gut idk tho

What's your new diet like? And yes gut health is affected deeply by diet. The better your diet the healthier your gut.

I mostly just eat meat, fruit, dairy and honey; I steer clear of seeds and grains and other processed stuff because it’s all so hard to digest and it makes me feel shit.

If there's one stuff I never eat it's honey. I don't like honey at all. And meat..not raw meat hopefully? :feelswah:

I used to be the same, honeys grown on me tho. It’s a very clean carbs source though so long as it’s from a decent brand

I used to gag at the taste of honey but I started putting it in berries id eat and gradually increase the amount I put in each time I had berries; eventually I acquired a taste for it
