I always get a pressing pain in my right cheek when I am doing hyoid/neck training and I am pretty sure it’s TMJ. I already got a orthodontist appointment in 2 weeks, but wanted to ask if I can already try to improve it before that? I got into the habit of clenching my jaw almost all the time and it does give the illusion of somewhat hollow cheeks but if it’s causing these pains I would like to know how to get rid of that
