Take a break from gum obviously, and do some masseter massages and stretching. It helped me.

yeah my dentist said this too. ive tried some of them and they relieve it temporarily, like a good 3-4 hours. i think i also grind my teeth in my sleep, so i hope my doctors can give me a splint. thanks for the advice mr browncurrycel, wish you the best
