I have TMJ on the left side of my jaw. How does this affect the appearance of my face and how can i fix it? Last year it was really fucking bad and whenever i tried to eat a burger my jaw cramped up like crazy and it hurt so fucking bad.

over time it will make u more asymmetrical as the muscle is constantly causing tension and pulling one side of ur face with it
