Its the logical necessity of reality -
The Universe either:
-Came from nothing (no matter,energy,quantum fields, laws etc)
-Created itself
-Always existed
-Came from something external to itself

I believe in this god

but this does not mean or prove that this god gives us any deeper meaning

For me this definition of God does not have to be a personal being

It just has to be something or someone that gave the first cause of the universe without itself being cause

Which would mean that this God exist in another dimension which we human cannot understand

since things in this universe are either caused or random like in quantum mechanics

We can deduce that we have meaning as creators give purpose/meaning to its creation
eg A water bottle - the creators put the purpose of it holding a certain amount of water such as 250/500ML etc

Another sign of purpose is within yourself - Your body
The purpose of your eyes is to see
The purpose of your ears is to hear and balance yourself
We did not put this purpose ourselves - it was placed on us by the Creator
By following this with reflection we can come to the conclusion that 'We' also have purpose/meaning.

We can also see the Wisdom(putting things in its correct place) of the Creator by looking at His creation.
The sun being at a perfect position - not too cold to freeze or too close to burn the planet.
Your nose being put above your mouth to smell the food before eating it.
It would be unwise to make something then leave it without guidance

We can only know 'what' our purpose is if He tells us Himself and communicates with us.
