I’ve gotten buccal fat removal, but not a soul knows, only the doc and the staff that was there in the hospital the day of my surgery. Everybody were telling me that my face looks soo much leaner now and I just told them that I lost weight.

I’ll also never be open about my future surgeries, I’m willing to lie to anyone with a serious face lol idgaf, you can larp to normies and they will believe you.

When my face was swollen post surgery, I hid under hoodies and spent most of my time home. Told my parents that I got a wisdom teeth removal and they bought it instantly.

Nah my cheekbones are good, quite well probounced. I just had very low amounts of fat around my eyes, both my parents had it too. My orbital bones were decent though, it was a soft tissue problem, not bone.

yeah it’s an obviously low survival rate, a decent amount has survived, but expect a lot of it to get resorbed.
