To beat the average man not much work has to be done, I'll give BJJ as an example, but note this applies to EVERYTHING. I could put the average joe in a BJJ class for 6 months and make him attend classes 3 times a week, I'd be confident they'd beat an untrained man. If I were to put a weak manlet, the time frame would be a bit longer/mat hours needed, but the end result will be the same. So what does that teach us? Some are born with natural advantages and those who are born inferior can still catch up if they work hard.
Copers on this site will scream "But the superior man is working hard too!", that might be true but not every superior male is working hard, many slack off and never train. Take me for example. I am the smallest in my BJJ class and have had dudes who are bigger than me start at the same time as me, but I now beat them. Why? I trained harder, I trained more often and I was simply more dedicated.
Now with that being said, there are some freaks out there who dedicate their entire lives to the craft. And these guys are the very best competitors, but even amongst these there are a few freaks. You might not be #1, but you will certainly be within the top 5% if you truly dedicate your life to the pursuit.
How does this apply to other aspects in life?
It reminds me of Nietzsche's concept of the ubermensch, a man dedicated to his craft, a man with a higher value/gives himself meaning. Take for example some of our most exceptional artists, writers and scientists. Every single one of these men had talent but most importantly dedicated their entire lives to their craft. Their craft gave them meaning, to be the apex, the very best was their will to life. These men could be considered superior to the common man, it wasn't mere talent that got them there, but dedication.
Even if you aren't the most talented, having the ability to dedicate your life to 1 thing will make you superior to most men. If you are even half serious at being the top you need to dedicate your life to self mastery and improvement. That means you need to avoid all things which can possibly hold you back, such as a wife and kids. If you are some incel who knows they'll never get pussy, just dedicate your life to 1 thing and make it your goal to become the best. You'll be a lot happier.
