Kinda legit, this is also a theory I had for quite a while. It's the inner monologue/consciousness that makes one act non NT, people with this type of thing also score high on neuroticism which is a female personality trait and makes you act spergy and overthink. The thing is that it's fixable but most guys will never go through it. According to modern psychology as well as jungian psychology, the conscious part of our minds actually represents just 10% of who we truly are, all of our daily habits and actions are mostly determined by the subconscious/unconscious/id part of the mind which compared to the conscious part of the mind doesn't respond well to force response and affirmations. For example, if you tell yourself for a long period of time you are shy and akward even if you don't are you will start to become so, it's literally mental conditioning.
I think some viable solutions for fixing this are:
-Looksmaxxing to a level where YOU become confident in your appearance and NOT to a level where you conform to the standards of PSL autists
-Start a combat sport, this is very important since most spergs including me have a history of early bullying which caused abused dog syndrome. It's very important to find a legit gym which prefferably teaches either muay thai, kickboxing, boxing or MMA. Being among ''killers'' and genuinely high T men plus the constant sparring and confidence you get from being able to inflict and receive punishment will make you more self assured and relaxed over time. This step is even more important than going to a normal gym since most gymcels and gym goers still suffer from sperginess and abused dog syndrome.
- Live life in a way that aligns with your inner values and never compromise. The conscious part of the brain is intrinsically tied to survival which correlates to societal conformity, if you live your life in any other way other than the one you truly desire then you will never truly be free.
