Where can I gain information to start going to the gym. There are some framemaxxing guides but they r okay, they are more for ppl who alr know about the stuff and not beginners like me. My next option would be searching on youtube. What sources do yall recommend me?

Once you immerse yourself into the gym community on Tiktok, Yt and Insta you'll find information very easily. Part of progressing in the gym is accumulating knowledge. Expect to make mistakes just make sure you learn from them and learn what works best for you.

Better of sticking with what you enjoy as long as it's not completely retarded in order to keep training hard sustainable.

Ryan Jewers, Jordan Peterson, for complete beginners people like Jeff Nippard might be beneficial but a lot of these big influencers are grifters so be aware of what you are...

Be very introspective about your training and you will excel.
