Looks only matter if you're ugly. And if that's the case then no surgery will help you.

Believe in anti-aging tech coming. If you're healthy and alive when it comes you can reverse aging, and then use future looks maxing technology with all of the compounded investments that you've grown and completely regrow/remodel yourself.

Watch all of the videos with the scientists describing their progress in anti-aging. It's a great cope.
