Everyone will have insecurity, something they don't like about themselves, which in fact is part of being human.
You have to come content with things you can't change, but aspire to better things that you can change.
It's not something everyone can do, that's why it might seem different to you, or impossible.

Less you worry, more you do, more content will you come with yourself.

Self-hate, rage comes from regret, doesn't necessarily have to be someone fabulous, chain effects can be brutal.
