Here is a picture of my current side profile. I have a slightly receded chin, inverted gonion and somewhat short ramus. I am maxxing androgenicity with T, HCG and thyroid supps while I can but It won't fix everything. I don't have much forward growth, so I am thinking about what is best to do. Thoughts?
