It makes no sense to starve, I must life weights and keep increasing my BMR so fat loss is comfortable and fast. When I do lean down I will have muscle as well and it will pay off.

That’s what I’m doing. I’m 188.8lbs now. Last time we spoke I was 192.

I don’t fast. (I enjoy eating fuck fasting) I just burn 1-2k calories a day with excersise and weightlifting helps as it speeds your BMR

Get an Apple Watch and walk and keep it on at all times you’ll be able to see how much weight you can lose

Literally. I also do 15 min martial arts flexibility training and 2 days a week 10 min core workouts. My walks easily help me burn 1.7k of my calories a day

And I eat usually at my maintenance (sometimes over) everyday :chad: Heres pics for example, notice how I eat 2.1-3k a day (that’s my maintance weight) yet I workout so much I’m alwyas in an 1-2k deficit as shown in the exersize bar
