Cause it’s not that simple

1. BSSO is like $20k & a quality implant is like $22k
2. Both can lead to bond reabsorprion & the fact u doin them together doubles the risk
3. Implants can make bloated more than angular esp if silicone

All in all just too much of a gamble & if u have an average to decent jaw to begin with u shouldnt even consider doing them both
