To neckmax or not as a femboy

Hi, I wanna be the femboy version of lean beef patty, but I am not sure if I should neckmax or not? Would that make me look cool or too ogre?

I want to look like a long hair shonen anime character, I look more or less like this currently but with dark brown hair and I definitely want some muscles especially shoulders and glutes just not sure about neckmaxxing
