Whats the reason why Libido, aggression, muscle building potential, spontaneous boners and life motivation is barely half after 23/25?
When i think about the extremely high libido an agression at the gym i had with 16-18, its a crazy difference. I burned fat like crazy, and could eat whatever i wanted. Also muscle gains where very fast.
Are T levels really the difference?

According to this graph, t levels are only dropping 1% after 30. So this can not really be the reason??

Your health has declined, for one reason or another. There is no real reason for one's testosterone levels to drop from early adulthood until late senility. The graph can be explained with people becoming less healthier on average as they age and accumulate bad habits. Have you been ejaculating actively across these years? That will diminish your health little by little. Are you eating enough, sleeping enough, avoiding stress, and not sitting too much? All of these matter too.

Are you implying that not ejaculating often is detrimental to health? Or the other way around?

The other way around. Each ejaculation is a net loss to your body, health and longevity.

The other way around.
I see. How often we should ejaculate is a very controversial topic. How often do you think is acceptable? Imo I can do it once every day without feeling any different than doing nofap tbh.

If you're doing everything correctly (lifting ,eating, sleeping, etc) then maybe it's time to get on TRT or tongkatalimaxx. This shouldn't be "needed" at 23/25 but maybe you have an underlying issue. My libido was still going strong even approaching 30, the only thing that lowered it was messing with topical finasteride.

There is some hormonal mechanism that gets dysregulated as people age.

These symptoms are connected:
- lower T
- lower DHEA
- lower SHBG
- worse cortisol : DHEA ratio
- lower thyroid hormones
- lower pregnenolone

The most obvious illness that you develop are diabetes and balding. Srsly, that bugged me for so long. WhyTF people start balding when testosterone level DROPS? Youngcels have scalp full of hair, only later, when T is lower, they start to shed.

The quickest way to reverse those symptoms is suppling DHEA and thyroid hormones. Hair have to be taken care separately.

The true reason is unknown, but you can manage symptoms pretty well if you know what you're doing.

For me the answer is: as often as I'm trying to create life. But that's not necessarily what I would tell you to do. You have to find out a frequency you can live with.

My shbg is on the upper range
Test luckily too like 600-800 nmol
Estrogen normal

can I take fin?

can I take fin?

Nobody should take fin, not even cancer patients. Castration doesn't improve outcome, but decreases life quality significantly.

If you have hair, use topilutamide / Eucapil. If not, first try valproic acid with dermaneedling, and if that doesn't help then only hair transplant will save you.

How you explain the guys you take fin and don’t have any problems at all?

the Problem is That you can’t be that autistic with topicals if you have a gf
I even got called out for using minox

and i already need a HT since my hairline is fucked up

Topilutamide is better, as it blocks T too, not only DHT, and doesn't have systemic sides.

Srsly, there are so many better alternatives so the only rationale for still using fin is being mentally stuck in the previous century.

This forum would seriously benefit if they swallowed a little bit of redpill.

the problem is the binding affinity of dht is higher than from test.
srsly i am around hairloss forums a ton. everythink is cope in comparison to fin. I mean the other stuff works mildly too but not as effective and convenient as fin.

What I don't get that somehow people get sides. But still my derm that specialise on hairloss says he never had guys coming off finasteride as they startet (he have 30 years experience and prescribe since 30 years fin)

I think inflammation might be the reason, or an overburdened gut.
I am eating nothing but veggies and fruit for a week now with rare exceptions, and my voice got deeper, morning wood is returning better, beard looks a bit thicker and I’m constantly shadowboxing bc I feel like it.
You would think the opposite would happen in comparison to my usual diet with plenty of animal fat, but I now think that avoiding inflammatory foods is more important than getting nutrients in. I have a thread on it somewhere here.
Tldr reduce inflammation, I’m positive it fucks your steroid synthesis

the problem is the binding affinity of dht is higher than from test.

Finasteride blocks conversion of T to DHT. It doesn't stop T from binding to androgen receptor. Plus, it negatively affects the whole body.

Topilutamide blocks the androgen receptor, preventing it from binding with T and DHT. In that sense it is stronger than fin, as if blocks 100% androgens, compared to fin which only blocks 80%. And topilutamide doesn't have sides.

TLDR: Topilutamide is stronger.

The reason oldcels (age 23 and above) have ED and other issues according to leading scientists in Burkina Faso is that 95% of men around that age begin taking finasteride

DHEA levels fall off. Supplement DHEA with DMSO, about 10mg/day. Preferably in an area you don't mind hair growing. You will notice insane libido and aggression.

Thats like, to say "the average male is between 5'2" and 6'7", 2 and 6PSL and between 3 and 8 inches"

Sure bro, don't take the finasteride, more hairs for me.

T, HGH, thyroid hormones, etc. Nothing you can't fix with some pins here and there.

I cant take t because of heart arrythmias. Hgh is very expensive and not easy available.
Dont know much about thyroid stuff.

Don't you build tolerance or shut down natural production when supplementing with something like DHEA or T3 every day though? I I would assume occasional use would be superior to not risk heavier side effects

Androgens (testosterone) regulate neurotransmitters like dopamine. An increase in testosterone results in an increase in dopamine, causing motivation, energy, boners, etc. But eventually your brain adapts to this increases level of dopamine by becoming desensitized to it

As for muscle gains, your ability to gain muscle should not be less at 25 than at 18. If it is, something is seriously wrong with you. More likely it's just that less motivation results in less intense and consistent training

Thats only a anecdote and not a study or science based. But in general i think the same. The guys i know around 28/29/30 lose a lot of power and agression.

I dunno.
I'm 40 almost. But I feel libido wise at like 80% of when I was 22 orso. It's not as aggressive there anymore. For the rest I feel equal as back than.

Only giga annoying shit at 40 versu 22. is recovery time.
Do somthing stupid/unhealthy/intensive at 22. And recovery is like 1 or 2 days. Now recovery time feels like 50% or even 100% longer time.

TRT is for those who don't have any natural production in the first place.

And the standard protocol is to take hormones in cycles, 8 weeks of suppling and 2 weeks of PCT.

In theory, you do, in practice, I think I definitely did, but it's not that bad. You just get slightly weaker erections and less sex drive, but it's still there.
Anyway I discontinued using it cause of increased aggression and potential balding.
