What improvements have you seen after doing MSE, and have you seen any improvements looks wise

multi segment lefort doesn't expand your nose width like MSE does, and the widening is much more controlled. Also the back of the palate can be expanded more with rotation of each side of the maxilla, with MSE it is not possible.

I think the cheekbones becoming more prominant with MSE isn't significant at all from results I have seen, and expanding undereye support is the same. The main thing gotten from MSE is ogremaxxing. If you want infraorbital support, you can use PDOs or get infra implants. Lefort has much more aesthetic benefit than MSE.

Could you list few example of people turning into ogres after MSE? I've never seen any personally
